Hi all,

As you may know AbiWord on BeOS has been on/off for a while now with
threats to remove the BeOS code from the source tree if no more
development is done on it.

I was having a look at the current code over the weekend and have made
progress towards getting it to compile on BeOS. It doesn't look too
difficult - just may take some time to get things sorted.

So is anyone else here working on it / interested in working on it?
Post a reply if so and we can work together to avoid duplication of
effort & share knowledge.

I don't think there is someone working on it, but I hope you can and will.

I think someone in Japan was going to work on it, but I haven't heard
anything for a while.

Yes, it seems to have been Jun. "Koki" on BeShare would know.

Jun has been busy lately doing other stuff for real life, so he no
longer has time to work on AbiWord. I got 3 people volunteering. At
last, we get some people to try to work on the BeOS again.
